CLP - I&D Strategy

For this 5–6 minute video on Inclusion and Diversity for CLP's internal audience—delivered in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and English—I handled the storyboard design and creating 40-50 frames of storyboard. Teaming up with a quartet (director, myself, editor and one motion designer), we tackled the challenge of visualizing such an abstract concept by devising CLP brand-colored shapes to symbolize employee diversity. Inspired by various abstract animation references, we settled on a clean, flat aesthetic that leveraged motion as a storytelling medium to convey the message with elegance and impact. The client loved the final deliverable and expressed enthusiasm for future collaborations.
